Prepaid Package Policy
Massage and wellness packages are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for the client’s commitment to the package.
Package purchases are non-refundable once services have begun, except where otherwise required by law. Unused sessions remain available to the purchaser according to the terms and expiration period of the package.
At the discretion of Ymassage Bodywork & Natural Fitness, unused sessions may be transferred to another person, converted to account credit, or otherwise accommodated in cases of significant hardship.
If Ymassage approves a refund as an exception, sessions already received may be recalculated at the regular individual-session rate rather than the discounted package rate. The remaining balance, less services already provided and any applicable processing fees, would then be refunded.
Packages have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash except when required by law.
